Windesheim Honours College delivers a four-year international study programme leading to a Bachelor of Business Administration for ambitious, motivated and talented students from different cultural backgrounds. English, the international language of trade and commerce, is the language of instruction and communication at our multicultural college.

Study and have fun together with friends from around the world
Windesheim Honours College is a residential learning community providing a unique and stimulating learning experience. You live and study together with a select group of students from across the world in the historical centre of Zwolle in the Netherlands. The medieval cobbled streets of Zwolle clustered around ancient churches, shady parks and canals provide an inspirational study environment. The programme is intensive and multidisciplinary and combines a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with the following two specializations:
- Public Health
- Communication & Media
Our students are expected to invest time in their studies. The curriculum includes approximately 20 contact hours a week with a further 27 hours required for independent study and group assignments. Living on campus makes it easier to study together.
Although the college ethos is to work hard, getting the right work/life balance is essential. There are plenty of opportunities to mix with friends and enjoy yourself at the numerous bars, cafes, restaurants, theatres, and sports and leisure facilities within the city and surrounding area.

The groups you work within will comprise students from different religions, ethnicity and cultural backgrounds. They will help you and you will help them to gain a greater global perspective, beyond the limits of your own culture and professional field. Small classes intensify your learning experience
At Windesheim Honours College, classes are small (maximum 25 students) so there is a much closer and intensive interaction between students and lecturers. Our lecturers are highly motivated professionals with an academic background and extensive international experience. Dedicated programme officers will help you to map out your own study programme and career path. We also provide mentoring guidance - both personal and professional - from admission right through to graduation.
Learning by doing
The application of knowledge plays a key role in the courses you follow. We achieve this through case studies, mini enterprises, role play, business games and simulation assignments. These assignments are carried out in groups and focus on contemporary issues within an organization. Sometimes groups work on the same assignment simultaneously, which gives your group the chance to excel in providing the best and most creative solution for the problem at hand. You will find the methods of teaching and learning at our college are fun, diverse and highly interactive.
